What We Do

research and documentation

We produce thematic reports on the rights of minorities to highlight recent trends and perspectives, and offer in-depth analysis for policy makers, experts, INGOs and media. Through strong data collection from partners on the ground and insightful analysis, we hope to strengthen knowledge about minority rights in South Asia, and raise awareness on pressing issues concerning affected communities.

Advocacy and targeted campaigns with relevant stakeholders and partners

We seek to raise awareness among policy makers, government actors, international institutions, and other stakeholders through advocacy actions derived from our research work and overall strategic objectives. Through targeted engagement (briefings, memos, campaigns, events, webinars), we hope to sustain long term partnerships with likeminded organizations and stakeholders to increase the visibility of key concerns and develop joint outreach actions on minority rights in South Asia.

Education and public discourse

We seek also to increase awareness within the region and outside it on human and minority rights, democracy and constitutionalism, and diversity and pluralism. We do this through debates and discussions, especially for and among youth, and through on-ground interventions, including cross-community civic action programmes.
